Groups and Clinics: $300/hour
 

Coaching fee includes

  • On- going guidance & communication 

  • Training plan / scheduling

  • Evaluation of training data (and videos)

  • All classes, workouts, clinics (including Roger's Sessions)

  • *A friend or family members (free)
