You will then get an invitation to join all of the sessions we offer.  Use the PayPal button to pay for the monthly membership $48/month + $12 one time setup. By adding your e-mail you will get instructions for including the workout files to the sessions and other training information.

ABOUT ROGER

A brief background and a promise

Roger grew up in a cycling family with father and mother both champion athletes. His sister is a 3x World Champion and his brother in-law ran a professional team competing in The Tour de France.

Formally educated in sports science, Roger raced on 2 Olympic Teams and rode professionally for The 7 ELEVEN Team. He has been the Olympic Team coach for The U.S. and Canada and coached professional teams for over 40 years. His Professional, Junior, and Master riders have won Olympic medals, World Championships, and hundreds of National titles. An expert in Road, Track, Cross, and MTB, Roger offers the same personal attention to detail, the same quality of coaching to you and your cycling endeavors.

Getting Started

Before I begin to coach you please let me know a little about yourself by completing the form below (attach it to an e-mail to me). Then we have a chat, I recommend some tests you can do yourself, evaluate the test results, design a training schedule for you, and begin a formal athlete/coach communication with you.

Sweating the details

As you train, you send me training data/metrics* along with other riding results, questions or impressions, and I respond with comments, recommendations, and (yes) even some encouragement, everything you expect a coach to provide. It is NOT a virtual nor algorithmic interaction. I coach you.

* I do like my toys and use technology as tools to improve my insight and help with communication.

EVENTS AND GROUPS

In Person!

Though most of my coaching is by proxy//online interaction, I am an actual person and have been to the Olympics and World Championships with riders and Teams  - and I do attend events my athletes are riding. I coach in person and do so per-event specifications. I also do group camps, clinics, seminars, etc. on a per instance basis.

The manual is meant to help you interpret your training program which is presented to you on one (or two) simply laid out pages.  The manual also gives you some insight as to how I design your training plan.  You may read it here (online) or feel free to download it (below).
